1Agreement to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for accessing and using the CLUBPHP platform, including its games, wallet functions, promotions, and customer support services available at clubphp.yachts. clubphp.yachtsBy creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet through CLUBPHP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and agree to follow them.

These Terms apply to players accessing CLUBPHP from the Philippines. If you use the platform from a location where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you.

3Creating Your Account

Each player may maintain only one account on the CLUBPHP platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may lead to the closure of connected accounts, together with the review or forfeiture of balances linked to a breach of these Terms. one account Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are linked to the same player or a breach of these Terms, CLUBPHP may close the associated accounts and review any balances held in them.

During registration, you must submit information that is accurate, complete, and current, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number where requested. False, incomplete, or misleading details may constitute a breach of these Terms and can result in account restriction or closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your CLUBPHP username and password private. CLUBPHP will not request your password by email, live chat, or through any other support channel. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account, contact Customer Services immediately.

All activity completed using your account credentials remains your responsibility, including activity you did not authorise. CLUBPHP is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised access when reasonable measures were not taken to protect your login details.

KYC Verification

CLUBPHP may carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its account and payment procedures. Where verification is required, you may need to provide a national ID card, passport, or another valid government-issued identity document. Certain withdrawal requests may remain pending until the required KYC checks are completed.

4Deposits and Payments

Deposits can be made through the payment options currently available in the CLUBPHP Payment Method section. Use only the payment options shown in your CLUBPHP account when making a deposit.All CLUBPHP transactions are handled in Philippine pesos (PHP or ₱). Your account displays the applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may be revised from time to time. Finance / Wallet Check the Payment Method section in your account for the latest deposit limits, available options, and applicable instructions before completing a transaction.

Deposits are generally reflected in your CLUBPHP wallet shortly after successful processing. If the funds are not showing after 30 minutes, contact Customer Services and provide your transaction reference number for checking.

Deposit Conditions

• Only deposit funds through a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not allowed. A deposit made from another person’s payment account may be returned, and the related CLUBPHP account may be subject to review or suspension.
• CLUBPHP does not add a deposit fee where no platform charge is stated, but your payment provider may apply separate transaction charges.
• A deposit submitted by mistake may not always be reversible. Contact Customer Services as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect transaction.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are sent only through the approved payment method linked to your account and applicable transaction instructions. CLUBPHP does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Processing times can vary depending on verification, payment review, operating conditions, and the instructions shown in your account.

• For the payment method selected: The applicable processing timeframe will be confirmed after approval and may vary according to the selected payment method.
• Follow the current withdrawal instructions displayed in your CLUBPHP account. The applicable processing timeframe will be confirmed after approval and may vary according to the selected payment method.
• For other available payment options: Any estimated timeframe shown in your account begins only after the withdrawal has been approved.
• Bank Transfer: Allow the timeframe stated in your account or provided by Customer Services, as processing may depend on the payment channel and required checks.

Requests submitted during busy periods or outside normal processing hours may take longer. CLUBPHP will provide updates when a delay affects the expected processing timeframe.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must complete the required KYC checks before withdrawals above the applicable standard limit can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before funds linked to that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• CLUBPHP may conduct further security checks on withdrawal requests, especially when the amount is substantial or account activity appears unusual.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is shown in the Finance / Wallet section and may be updated from time to time.

6Check Current Rewards and Promotions

CLUBPHP may provide bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each offer is governed by its own promotional terms together with the general bonus conditions stated below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are placed in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements are calculated by multiplying the bonus amount. For example, a 20x requirement means the bonus value must be wagered 20 times before it may be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Games may contribute at different rates towards a wagering requirement. The applicable contribution rate is stated in the terms of the relevant bonus.
• Every bonus has a stated expiry period. Any unused bonus funds remaining after that period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus can normally remain active at a time unless the applicable promotion terms expressly provide otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

CLUBPHP treats bonus abuse as a serious matter. This may include, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to complete wagering requirements, or placing bets designed to exploit bonus rules and guarantee a profit regardless of the result. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended, and related bonus funds may be forfeited.

7Game Rules and Fair Participation

All games available on the CLUBPHP platform, including Astar Live, Super Keno, Table Tennis, Rise of Apollo, Cannon Fishinggames such as Judo — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems supplied by licensed game providers.

Once a game result has been confirmed by the system, it is treated as final. CLUBPHP cannot change an outcome after it has been determined. If you believe a technical issue caused an incorrect result, contact support within 24 hours and provide the relevant game round ID.

Technical Malfunctions

If a technical fault affects a game round, CLUBPHP may cancel the affected bets and return the relevant stakes to players. This decision is final. CLUBPHP will not be responsible for losses caused by technical problems outside its reasonable control, including internet connection issues on the player’s side.

Betting Limits

Every game has minimum and maximum betting limits, which are shown in the relevant game interface. CLUBPHP may change these limits at any time without giving advance notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is not allowed on the CLUBPHP platform. Any player involved in these activities may have their account suspended immediately and may also face legal action:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform or its games
• Trying to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform’s software, systems, or infrastructure
• Working with other players to obtain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or another unlawful financial activity
• Submitting inaccurate identity details or pretending to be another person
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to take improper advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing CLUBPHP staff or fellow players
• Taking advantage of software bugs or errors for financial benefit; winnings obtained through such activity will be cancelled

9Account Review, Suspension, or Closure

CLUBPHP may suspend or permanently close a player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following situations:

• A violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or related unlawful activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• False or misleading information supplied during registration or verification
• Abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct towards other players or CLUBPHP staff
• A request or directive from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

When an account is suspended for investigation, the funds in that account will remain frozen until the review is finished. If the review finds no breach, the account may be restored and the funds released. If a breach is established, some or all of the funds may be forfeited.

• Any loss of profit, income, revenue, or expected savings
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage
• Losses caused by internet connection problems, device failure, or an interruption affecting a third-party service
• Losses resulting from a player’s failure to follow these Terms and Conditions
• Any delay or inability to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
